Who is classified as a Concession and a Junior?

Concession status applies to Pensioners holding a Centrelink Card and Full Time Students aged 16 years (at 1/1/13) and over. Appropriate proof of concession must be available for display on ground entry. Concession status does not apply to seniors or unemployed. Juniors must be under the age of 16 on the 1st of January 2013.

When will I receive my Membership pack?

It generally take about 3-4 weeks from the time that the Membership is purchased to the time that the pack is received. Members with Reserved Seating will be mailed their Membership Card separately to their Member Pack. Reserved Seat Membership cards will be posted mid February.

How do I stay up to date with all the important Club information and news?

Regular emails are sent with exclusive Members-only information including Team and Club news. Please ensure you have registered your email address with us. You can update your details in your Member Profile at the Rabbitohswebsite using your username and password.

Can I get a refund on my Membership if my circumstances change?

Memberships cannot be refunded. The content of this Membership brochure and accompanying forms were correct at the time of printing and the Club is not responsible for any omissions, errors or changes that may occur.

How does the Reserved Seating allocation work?

Current Members have until 5pm Thursday 29th November to renew their reserved seat. After this date all unrenewed seats will be released and seating allocation will begin on a first in first served basis with renewing Members receiving priority. Seating allocation can take several weeks to complete so please be patient.

All seating requests MUST be made in writing.

How do I renew my Membership and sign up a new Member?

In order to renew your Membership and sign up a new Member you need to have a unique email address (different to yours) for the new Member. If the new Member doesn’t have an email address simply go to www.hotmail.com or www.gmail.com and create one. This will allow a new account to be created.

How do I change my Membership type?

To change the type of Membership you currently hold simply log in with your details and select the new Membership you wish to purchase. The system will automatically erase the outstanding renewals at a later date.

How do I pick my 3 games as part of my 3 Game Membership?
